What if we start working together, and it sucks. Can I get my money back?
Well, as of the writing of these FAQs, it hasn’t happened yet. But of course, per our terms of conditions, we would refund the money not yet spent on editing.
I spoke with a guy who got dinged last year—he told me that the consultant he used got way too busy once the season heated up. It took over a week to get his work back from his consultant. Do you guys get too busy like that also?
Well the first thing we do, is shut our doors to new business as soon as it appears that things may “get too busy.” So that never happens at Precision Essay. Still, we commit to a 72 hour limit on reverting your work. On average, we will turn your work around within 48 hours. More than half the time (on average) you’ll even have it back within 24 hours. And of course, as deadlines loom, we do all we can to turn around essays… in record time. Here is a reality check for you: in all the years we have been working on essays, we have NEVER ONCE held a client’s work up, and prevented him from submitting his work on time. You will be the bottleneck—not us…
I’m no good at all this writing crap. Could I just say screw it, and have you rewrite my essays?
Heck no! Two equally important reasons:
1. That would be dishonest
2. The app would lose your personal voice.
